I ordered the gate through amazon and I unfortunately didn’t realize it was from a third party. When it arrived it was missing a piece for installation. I emailed customer service and was prepared to pay for the missing piece knowing it wasn’t Stair Barrier’s fault. They shipped me the part right away at no cost. I would highly recommend this company not only for a great product but because of their excellent costumer service!!!

Our granddaughter is moving around everywhere. She is fast! Her mom and dad were reluctant for her to come over because we have an open staircase with thin metal banisters. The Banister to Banister stair gate was perfect. It is sturdy and very attractive. We bought the Railroad pattern. Now our granddaughter is safe! Thank you !

The stair barrier does a great job of keeping my granddaughters from going up or down the stairs. At the same time it is serving a purpose, it also looks great! It is well-made and reasonably price for though the quality. I highly recommend the stair barrier to everyone!

It was super easy to install, and fairly quick to open up. I have unique stairs with double banisters and this was a great good looking solution. My daughter is five, so I can’t really test it yet, it’s for when my niece comes over. But if it were for me I would prefer a latch gate if my stairs could accommodate that. Opening every time I had to go up would be annoying. But for keeping guests out it will be awesome.
