Horrible customer service

I wouldn't recommend buying carseats from Diono (or any product for that matter). I placed an order for 2 carseats but within a couple minutes I noticed I had ordered the incorrect color. Therefore, I contacted customer service within 30 minutes of placing the order to let them know I actually wanted a different colour for both seats (which would cost slightly more than the one i ordered but I was okay with that). They responded the following day and said it was too late even though I had contacted them during their syandard business hours. In order for me to exchange at this point I had to wait for the seats to arrive then open a return request and then pay a hefty shipping fee and take them to the nearest shipping facility. The person on the phone was not helpful whatsoever and showed no empathy for their slow response which could have prevented the seats from being shipped on the first place. A coverage of the shipping would have been the least they could offer but they didn't even do that. Save yourself the hassle and order from another reputable brand!

Ordered for a month now and still waiting to be shipped. They should be more transparent about stock being backordered

Never received

Ordered the Radian 3R and paid for expedited shipping but never received it. Don't order online from Diono. Customer service advised there is no expedited shipping just two options, either shipping through FedEx or through Canada Post. Had I known, I wouldn't have paid for shipping. The item was never received. Never left the warehouse even though a Canada Post tracking was processed and showed the item to be expected to be received in 5 business days. Thankfully Walmart came through with a car seat that met our requirement!
