I ordered car seat and adjuster pad. Order shipped and came without pad ( necessary) even though packing slip stated it was shipped. When installing seat without pad we discovered that extension strap for tether was not included. Previous seat came with this. I didn’t know to order it with seat. Contact with Diono re: these issues connected me with American customer support. Canadian warehouse had no stock of pad so it shipped from US and took a very long time to arrive. The strap is coming from US also at some time??? I have had seat since early November and cannot use it!!!

Seat doesn’t come with the extension strap for rear facing position anymore. I was unaware of this so the seat is not usable and has been here for weeks. I ordered a seat adjuster with the seat as I knew it was needed also. It was on the packing slip stating that it was shipped with the car seat but it was not. Weeks later and still no adjuster and no strap!

Shipping is terrible; I haven't received it yet.
