Not having responses to my questions. Still waiting

Shipping notification said item shipped December 2nd. FedEx tracking said estimated delivery date was supposed to be December 4th. Today is December 13th and I still have not received my order. FedEx customer service can't even tell me where the package is.

I purchased the 3r car seat for my 16 month old and was extremely disappointed with how little side impact safety there is for theirnlittle heads. I wish I could return the car seat however the packaging is already gone. Do not purchase if you car about side impact safety.
