Still haven't received car seat

I was given an ETA, and when I sent customer service a message regarding my concern it hadn't been picked up for a week according to UPS tracking. They assured me it was shipped and would arrive on Monday July 10. I've still not received my order it's now Thursday, and when I messaged about my concern they didn't respond. According to UPS it's been in transit for the past 7 days and I placed the order half a month ago. I hope it arrives soon because I haven't been able to take my baby anywhere while I wait. Really disappointed, I hope the car seat is worth this experience getting it. Two stars because I'm hopeful it's a good car seat, although I feel like I should have ordered it from a store instead of Diono Canada.

Shipping is Terrible

Shipping notification said item shipped December 2nd. FedEx tracking said estimated delivery date was supposed to be December 4th. Today is December 13th and I still have not received my order. FedEx customer service can't even tell me where the package is.
