Still haven't received car seat
I was given an ETA, and when I sent customer service a message regarding my concern it hadn't been picked up for a week according to UPS tracking. They assured me it was shipped and would arrive on Monday July 10. I've still not received my order it's now Thursday, and when I messaged about my concern they didn't respond.
According to UPS it's been in transit for the past 7 days and I placed the order half a month ago. I hope it arrives soon because I haven't been able to take my baby anywhere while I wait.
Really disappointed, I hope the car seat is worth this experience getting it. Two stars because I'm hopeful it's a good car seat, although I feel like I should have ordered it from a store instead of Diono Canada.
