Shipping was fast but car seat was far too old in my opinion- manufactured over two years prior.

they won't change my seat colour after I submit the order even if its not shipped yet.it like cash and carry website

Disappointed

I am disappointed with the whole replacement part experience. I am surprised a defective strap, which I would consider a safety concern is not considered a warranty item. The strap showed up in 3 boxes wrapped 3 different times. The original strap could have fit in a card envelope but the exterior box that arrived could have held a full size pillow. This explains why shipping pretty much cost more then the replacement part itself.

Still haven't received car seat

I was given an ETA, and when I sent customer service a message regarding my concern it hadn't been picked up for a week according to UPS tracking. They assured me it was shipped and would arrive on Monday July 10. I've still not received my order it's now Thursday, and when I messaged about my concern they didn't respond. According to UPS it's been in transit for the past 7 days and I placed the order half a month ago. I hope it arrives soon because I haven't been able to take my baby anywhere while I wait. Really disappointed, I hope the car seat is worth this experience getting it. Two stars because I'm hopeful it's a good car seat, although I feel like I should have ordered it from a store instead of Diono Canada.
