Ok web site and the car seat is solid but buckle is a garbage design. Worse buckle clip we have ever used

The product is great, but I later found it much cheaper at my local Walmart. Check there first!

Had to order a replacement chest clip, as ours broke. Car seat is only 2 years old, and with shipping this part cost me just under $50. Very dissatisfied that such an important part of the car seat broke when it isn’t an old seat by any means, and then cost me almost more in shipping than the actual part itself. Just glad I noticed it BEFORE we started driving as it broke with tightening my son into the seat, and thankful for a backup seat in our second vehicle.

Took a week before the item was even shipped

When you have a question or issue, nobody gets back to you. I tried contacting Diono online and by phone. I've purchased two carseats from this company, so far no major issues but their customer service is lacking
