It was easy to place my order for 2 car seats but there is a flaw in the tracking system. I only received 1 tracking number on the website and their “route” system was only tracking 1 number as well. When only 1 car seat arrived, I thought the shipping company lost the other seat. Unknown to me that I should actually have 2 tracking numbers for both car seats. An email and call later to Diono and I was given my other tracking number which was no where to be found in my account or emails. Fix that piece of the ordering process and this would be 5 stars.

safe+ rxt: just a bit more safe please! why use cheap steel when there is lighter metals out there? the additional weight from metals (compared to other on market plastic seats) make the seat holds more kinetic energy when car has speed than a plastic seat. when accident occurs, the energy dissipates through impact as objects slow down, with very hard metals chances are soft bones and cones of bones of baby would smash on hard objects having no chance but to crash(more than other seats), because the seat is heavier and harder . because all seats are only attached by a seat belt, the kinetic energey will dissipate no where but into the seat , the forward and backward rocking whle car stops after accident are going to fill in the car seat body and any body on it. my ideal car seat wold be an air filled balloon so impact would be distributed evenly on body, with metal seat the metal would likely cause a blow because its not going to bend or break. The seat is very comfortable for no accident times and thats why I bought it (my child is over 2 years) and because no accident is gonna be easy. it could also be meant to withstand very strong crashes however that can't help for infants, may be works for older children, this should be really addressed its not a joke to put infants on higher risk for the sake of when they grow up they feel better. Diono, can you explain why not if I am wrong?

I wouldn’t buy again from Diono.

The website is easy to navigate and use, the only issue encountered was at time of purchase once the purchase was completed it sends you to a totally blank page, with no indication that the transaction completed or failed. This, coupled with a slow email delivery of the receipt accidentally lead to the double purchase of the car seats we wanted. Luckily customer service was quick to assist once the issue was identified and was able to cancel the one order before it shipped and refunded the money.
