Easy order system but flawed tracking
It was easy to place my order for 2 car seats but there is a flaw in the tracking system. I only received 1 tracking number on the website and their “route” system was only tracking 1 number as well. When only 1 car seat arrived, I thought the shipping company lost the other seat. Unknown to me that I should actually have 2 tracking numbers for both car seats. An email and call later to Diono and I was given my other tracking number which was no where to be found in my account or emails. Fix that piece of the ordering process and this would be 5 stars.
