Product was adorable, and quality

Product was adorable, and quality was really nice. Unfortunately the sizing was off and they were way to big for our little guy even thought I measured his foot. I wanted to exchange but that’s not an option. Waited at least 4 days with emails back and fourth for a return form to send them back just so I can reorder again in another size. Went to drop them off to be returned to find out shipping isn’t included or discounted … would cost 18$ to ship them back and then pay shipping again to reorder. Extremely disappointed there was no off of exchanges or shipping back options that didn’t cost MORE than the original shipping charge. It’s not easy to measure babies feet, or get the sizing right. I’d recommend they add exchanges for parents, it surely would be less of a headache. You pay a lot of money for the shoes just to get stuck with a pair that don’t fit and spend more money to return.

Perhaps I have high expectations

Perhaps I have high expectations for my online shopping experience, I felt I was in the dark with this order. There is no confirmation email, no shipping confirmation or tracking number. You have to log in to your account to see if anything is happening and you will only see that the order is submitted or if it is shipped and that's all. It took a few weeks to see my order at my door, but I was expecting delay because of covid situation. However, two weeks later, a double of my order arrived. A phone call on my part out of honesty; only an email in response saying keep the extras. It felt like an archaic way of conducting business with a company that is older than at least 10 years.
