Perhaps I have high expectations
Perhaps I have high expectations for my online shopping experience, I felt I was in the dark with this order. There is no confirmation email, no shipping confirmation or tracking number. You have to log in to your account to see if anything is happening and you will only see that the order is submitted or if it is shipped and that's all. It took a few weeks to see my order at my door, but I was expecting delay because of covid situation. However, two weeks later, a double of my order arrived. A phone call on my part out of honesty; only an email in response saying keep the extras. It felt like an archaic way of conducting business with a company that is older than at least 10 years.
