The three items I have are poor quality although the shipping was fast

We were sent the wrong size. I contacted customer service over a week ago and we still haven’t heard back from anyone.

No service after shipping, even after repeated attempts to complain about faulty product.

Horrible, I ordered November 28, it’s December 24 and still have not received them. I will not be ordering again. I want a refund, you were quick to accept the payment but slow on customer satisfaction and delivery.

The shoes arrived relatively quickly. Forget about returning any item to this business. I live 10 minutes away but there is no option to return in person. The only option is to pay for shipping which would be half the cost of the item. Customer service was not helpful at all.
