Excellent customer service, quick shipping and email responses, very accommodating and helpful when I forgot to add my free diaper cover on to an order before I placed it. They offered to send me one separately, or give me a credit for one in the future. Can't say enough good about this company. We will order from them every time!

In my first original order, more than half the items in the nighttime bundle we missing. I only received 1 outer shell, and the 3 liners. I emailed Pooter immediately, didn't hear from them. I forwarded the same email a few days later and they replied and sent me the missing items.

Shipping took more than two days like is says.. I got a refund on shipping which is great but I emailed an asked what the covers were made out of cotton or polyester and didn't get a response back. Which makes me question my purchase. I definitely should have asked before I purchased but I was in a rush and trusted what I was doing at the time, but with the whole paying for two day shipping and it taking a week.. I decided to check and see if I made the right decision.
