The worst customer service I have experience so far.

I ordered the nighttime bundle and only received 1 out of the 3 inner shells. Emailed the owner I was told the other 2 would be sent out and still have yet to receive them. Then the cover for the diapers cut my babies legs. I guess the cover isn’t made for chunky babies.(due to double gusset) I wish that they gave an option for the wool cover with the nighttime bundle because I bet that would fit my chunky boy. I’m super disappointed because I love the diaper itself but I’m not having any luck solving the issues that’s going on because the owner stopped responding.

Purchasing the product was no problem trying to get a return authorization not so easy to get.
