I confirmed delivery details when

I confirmed delivery details when scheduling delivery time and was informed that the delivery could be placed on my front door patio area, up one flight of stairs, however, when delivery arrived they refused and tried to swindle a cash deal to do the move… a very unpleasant experience with very unprofessional delivery people.

Items damaged during shipping. Customer service was helpful in processing return, but the donation requirements for non-damaged products was very cumbersome. It was impossible to find an organization in my area to pick-up the donation items and I did not have a vehicle or extra hands (pregnant wife...) to drop-off. Luckily, my mom was in town one weekend and was able to help.

We ordered the "ivory" performance

We ordered the "ivory" performance textured weave but when it arrived, it was truly light grey. I was so excited to get the chair but in person it looked COMPLETELY different than it did online- the color was much, much darker and threw off everything else we had in the room. Very disappointed, especially given how much work it was to carry the (very heavy) chair upstairs and set up in the nursery.

Very bad experience with customer

Very bad experience with customer service. We were given an option to place our purchase on ground floor vs 1st floor. We selected ground floor. Before the delivery we decided to change to 1st floor. We were given multiple confirmations that our preference has been changed only for the delivery guy to come and say no changes were made and they would only deliver to ground floor. What is the use of customer service if none of our requests are met/addressed?!
