Warranty process was frustrating with

Warranty process was frustrating with the number of communications needed as well as poor communication with the shipping company. I would have avoided even writing this review, but they don’t stop emailing me.

I've had this recliner for

I've had this recliner for three months and have used it everyday. It's been great so far until the back separated from the base when I sat down during a 4am feed and causing me to fall backwards. Fortunately I was not holding my baby at that time. It has been reattached but I can no longer trust this chair with my baby and can no longer recommend this product due to safety issues. I am 145 pounds and rarely fully recline the chair so I don't believe it to be user error.

bought a recliner and after 3 months is constantly squeaking.

Great customer service but the

Great customer service but the product doesn’t seem worth the money. Also the changing topper has a giant warning sticker on it that is an eye sore for such an expensive piece of bedroom furniture. The sticker will not come off!! We tried to peel it off and it didn’t work so we purchased a solution from Amazon which was recommended by Nurture& and that didn’t work either. It pulled the finish off the furniture ruining it. We then had to reach out for a new one to be sent, which it was but even after requesting the huge sticker be moved to a location where it would be out of sight (back or bottom), it was not. Our baby is due soon so we are just going to have to use this topper and deal with the fact that we paid a lot of money to look at a giant sticker.
