It sounds ridiculous but little ones saved our sleep. We couldn't work out why our bub wasn't sleeping through until we discovered this program, we have followed it since bubs was about 5 months old and he is now 11 months old and sleeps from 7 until about 6:30. Thank you little ones!

I love this program, since being on this my baby has been self settling from 2 months, he naps 3 times a day and sleeps 12 hours a night from 7pm- 7am with only one night feed. He is so routined with sleep and is easy to put to sleep, without me doing a thing, and the witching hour doesn't exist in our house anymore! I ca plan my days as i know when he will be awake, such freedom. I recommend this to everyone I know!

I knew motherhood was going to be hard, but nothing could have prepared me. I am an optimistic, happy person, but with several days with lack of sleep, I was becoming a person I didn’t recognize and was honestly wishing the days away until we had a happy baby to play with. Our little girl was a very inconsistent sleeper and “colicky” and I knew I had to do something once dad left for his first work trip for a few days and mama got even less sleep. She started sleeping so much better through the night as a result. At around 2 mo we started sleep training and couldn’t believe that she was actually capable of putting herself to sleep and without much fuss at all. Two days later and she was sleeping 7-11 hr stretches at night. Now at 10 weeks we have the happiest baby. It’s such a joy to raise her and I honestly look forward to every day and don’t dread naps and bedtime. Consistent sleep has helped her to thrive and focus on her development . This program is simply amazing. My parents like to joke that babies now come with a manual, but they are equally amazed at how different she has become for the better. We have such a happy baby on our hands and our sleep back!

This program has been the guiding light for me and my children's sleep. Everytime I feel I need to adjust something or something is changing in my little ones the team is always there to discuss and give postive advice. I have recently downloaded the nutrional guide for my youngest as he was having a few issues and within days he was a completely different baby and sleeping through the night purely because I had changed his diet based on the guide. So many postive experiences I cannot name but this program has been so fantastic for our entire family.
