Highly Recommend

The Little Ones sleep & feeding schedules are amazing. We spent the first 6 weeks of our babies life struggling to get him to go & stay asleep, especially during the day. We had been told by doctors we just had an alert baby but we knew from how unhappy he was he just needed to sleep, however we couldn't get him to sleep in the day unless in a front pack baby carrier. After a few days on the programme he was falling asleep in his bassinet right on the nap times with little effort from us. We still need to resettle him during most naps, but are starting to see improvement with him occasionally sleeping a whole nap duration. We have had many comments about how he is like a different baby now. I love the structure it brings to our day and have learnt so much reading through the posts in the Little Ones village.

Super duper amazing programme!

I stumbled upon the Little Ones programme much earlier. I was following the free version and realised that all the techniques were effective. Now I purchased the 3-12 months old programme and I am able to rectify all my daughter’s sleep issues with ease. I even have my own journal for my baby’s everyday sleep patterns. The support from the Little Ones programme is definitely out of the world. We are benefiting greatly. There’s no programme like this in Asia. Thank you Nicky, Amanda and team!

Transition to a schedule

I very much like the programm, my LO started sleeping better, and with the aid of Jen even better than I imagined. The only thing which was not completely clear to me is when to get started with the 3-4 months schedule. Only on expected due date +3months exactly or . E.g can you already start with a milder version at 11 or 12 weeks so that the 3 month mark will not be too much of a 'shock' (and if yes how do you prep/move towards the 3-4 months schedule). And I like to share, the quick guide are understandable but I guess with a designer you can make it easier to grasp look at. But these are just tiny gritty things. The program works, and that what matter most to me. Thanks a ton!
