Not for us

I really like the concept, but my daughter CANNOT stay awake past 45 minutes without losing her mind. I tried just going an hour a few times and it was terrible. Also she eats every 1.5 hours. They said if that’s the case something must be medically wrong, but there’s no lip or tongue tie and my supply is great. I tried stretching her feedings as well but I prefer to feed on cue and she gives all the cues that she can’t go very long without eating again. All my kids have had some strange quirks about them, but if I made “normal kids” I would totally be into the program.

Good starting point

I appreciate the detailed directions in the guide (I have the Newborn and Baby sleep programs). However, my little girl is simply not yet ready to take a long lunch nap. I agonized over this for weeks before realizing that I can take what is useful from the materials without adopting an overly rigid approach. I do think this guide is helpful as a starting point and provides a lot of useful background info. It doesn't hurt to try out the schedule, but don't be too hard on yourself if you need to tweak things.

Pretty good

This program does have lots of great resources and detailed info on sleep Schedules, but so far my little one hasn’t learned how to sleep on his own despite following the program and the tips they have to get them to sleep on their own. I and still sticking with the program hoping that eventually he will fall asleep independently

Great content...not so great format

This guide gave me a roadmap and a bit of a routine for my 3 month old. I was quite clueless about how much day sleep affected night sleep and since starting to follow the program...loosely... I have seen great results at night. Reallt happy with the content. It's informative and thorough and addresses a lot of 'what if' scenarios for when things don't to plan. Even though the content is fantastic, I wish this was an app that I can refer to when needed and not a PDF? As a mother of a young baby it is rare the time I get to sit down, open the 300 page PDF and find the right page with the info I'm looking for! Links in the document don't work on my android phone and I never find the time to open it on a pc. Hopefully this will be an addition to the just released LO app.

Village advice

I find the advice given by admin in the village forums are quite generic and repetitive of what's already written in the programs. Not as helpful as what other mums have to say. Program sleep guide is good but not enough information on settling techniques. It assumes side settling works best but is not always the case
