Little ones is great! Love

Little ones is great! Love the support! Just wish there was a way we could communicate with one consultant throughout to make it easier (diff Consultants have diff opinions). We can always pay for that, but there’s no option! The nutrition programme tho not as helpful as the sleep programme, makes up for it by having a consultant! :)

Put in the work and it’s worth it.

Excellent for help with routine, self settling, a workable sleep/nap schedule and evidence/science-based approach to baby sleep. The app could be a lot more intuitive with a personalised dashboard based on data you input in real time. There is also a LOT to read, with a high level of understanding required to distinguish the subtle stages of the soothing and settling methods. Also the reading is not really optional - you have to invest if you want to get it right. So not sure an app is the best format. I also think the peer-led sleep consultants are largely good but you do end up getting repeat advice and lots of cut and past answers rather than really individualised responses. Some are better than others. And usually by the time they reply you’ve figured it out already. But: we did follow it, read everything, ask questions and persevere. And we have seen a dramatic improvement in our baby’s sleep. She learned to self-settle within 2-3 days. Getting the naps right has taken weeks and the lunch nap still goes awry quite a lot. But she is linking those sleep cycles and has slept through the night (7pm-7am) in 3 occasions, with only 1wake on most nights - and this was through the 4mth sleep regression and some intense teething. So do it, but expect it to be hard work. It’s on you to make it work! Good luck!

Worked great for my LO

I have been using the sleep program for about a month now and I am very satisfied overall with the improvement in the quality of sleep of my LO. I enjoy putting him to bed now, instead of the 1 hour long shouts before bedtime. The knowledge-base is very thorough. I am missing a star because of the format- the app could be much better and more interactive. Overall I recommend it wholeheartedly- has helped me a lot!

Big improvement

I’ve found the Little Ones program really helpful. I used the troubleshooting section quite a bit when it came to early wakes with my 6month old. Before we started using the program he was a huge catnapper! I would normally get between 20-40mins for each nap and about 4 naps per day, then up 2-3 times during the night. I think the main factor that helped us was adjusting the awake times, as soon as I managed to stretch that a bit further we started getting the longer sleeps both during the day and at night. :)

No sure if the program is suitable for my child

The village is helpful. And I like the details that are provided by the program. I had high hope when I first purchased the program. However, my child might have reflux and is really colicky so that I can’t use most the tips to help him self soothe or even sleep in his cot. After following the schedule for a month, I still have to carry him to nap and he still hates all the settling tricks from the program and we are back to have 4 naps because he just gets so cranky in the afternoon with 3 naps. I will try for a couple more weeks if I still can get any further, I will than request a refund and maybe buy it again when my boy is older when reflux/colic is better.
