Everything about this program is amazing.. it’s easy to purchase, easy to implement and it’s life changing. Both the sleep and nutrition programs are a massive part of our lives and I’m so grateful for them each and everyday.

I used the older baby sleep program with first daughter as she was a terrible sleeper waking a lot in the night and was fantastic. I’m now using the newborn program with my new baby and is great to have a feeding guide and slee guide to follow full of information

I purchased the little ones sleep programme just as we were hitting the 4 month sleep regression and so glad we did. It took us just over a week to get through it and went from needing a dummy and me to settle to sleep at the start of sleeps and all through the night, to no dummy and self settling at every sleep he has now. I've just also purchased the nutrition programme to help with weaning and I'm loving it so far. So many recipes and so much information. Thanks ☺️

First time moms can benefit from the suggestions and support from Little Ones. It’s a much more light handed approach than some of the more popular (American) programs, BabyWise and Moms on Call, and instead of taking the nuclear “Cry it out” approach, offers troubleshooting tips and custom advice in the village for addressing the actual problems your baby may be having. I love it and my baby is so happy.
