Life saver!

I have been using your programs since Bub was 6wks old, now at 10 months. The programs have given us structure, and much needed sleep! We have navigated through regressions, and other changes by following the routines, and have happily referred multiple friends & family to get the books too! Love it!!

So much better!

My 5 month old was a terrible sleeper. He cat napped during the day, taking 2 or 3 naps that were only half an hour long. At night he woke up two or three times and would only go back to sleep after nursing. After less than two weeks following the schedules, he was taking three naps and the mid day nap was lasting at least an hour and a half. After another two weeks, he slept through the night for the first time. He now sleeps 10-11 hours over night and is a much happier baby!

My chilled out baby

I’ve been using the little ones since Lily was 5 weeks old when I was too worried to leave my house as anytime she was awake she would be hysterical. I didn’t know how long she would sleep for and didn’t want to risk her waking while I was out. The little ones program got us into a routine which both my husband and I could refer to and within a couple of days we finally had a chilled out awake baby! And we finally decided we could do this parenting thing. At 12 weeks to the day we had our first full 7-7 sleep which was amazing. Now at 17 weeks she is out of her swaddle and can self settle nearly every nap. Thank you!!

Gamechanger

I bought the little ones 3-12 month program after being at my wits end trying to settle bub in the evening with no consistency. A couple of subtle tweaks after locking myself away and reading the program and I noticed changed in the first day. Now referring others to it!

So helpful

We have used little ones to guide us since week two. Baby started sleeping eleven hours over night at eleven weeks, goes down in her cot happy and falls asleep on her own and now the four month sleep regression has started, we just have to listen to our little girl happily chatting away and then putting herself back to sleep every few hours over night. I found the max awake times most useful to allow us some flexibility and avoid the dreaded overtiredness. Everyone comments on how alert and happy she is and I think that is down to getting good sleep. Thanks you Little Ones!
