Before I bought the programme

Before I bought the programme I was worried it was some sort of “trap” or marketing ploy. I can honestly say now I wish I’d bought it sooner. We don’t follow it 100% because obviously some days you need to be out and about. But it gives you a great basic framework for things eg awake times and total nap lengths, which means I feel confident on how to adjust things when needed eg when travelling recently. The village is excellent. I’ve never had to ask a question myself (yet) but the answers are so informative and you really feel like you’re never alone. When things don’t go to plan there is always an answer of what to do in the troubleshooting guide. And the self-settling guides are fab too. All in all I couldn’t recommend this programme any more. If you’re considering purchasing it then definitely do it!

It works!!!

I bought the full program when my little girl was 8 weeks (shes now 13 weeks). Shed always been a great sleeper so I wanted that to continue. I'd read so much conflicting advice on baby sleep I honestly felt stressed reading about regressions and nightmare sleep situations. It's not been easy but my little girl has her 3 naps a day her long lunch one too and sleeps from 7pm until 2am when she wakes for a feed then back down until 7am. We only have a dark room and white noise and occasionally have to rest our hand on her chest if she wakes but shes asleep again within minutes. This method has saved my sanity and I'm confident (despite others opinions) I'm giving my girl the best chance of getting good sleep now and when shes older. This plan works, I love it
