Best Thing Ever!
I recommend the baby sleep programme to anyone. By being consistent, we nailed it in 3 days. There is no 'Little Ones Light', follow it step by step and it'll pay off. People think we're exaggerating when we say our baby sleeps 12 hours a night, 2 hours at lunch and a morning nap!
We all know what's coming in the routine, so, this reduces hunger, sleep or nappy distress.
I highly recommend putting the steps you're on into your phone as notifications, particularly as you move on to a new phase. It's easy to not realise what the time is when you're busy and often times I found that when I wanted a quick look at the app it was slow to load. Perhaps calendar notifications could be a development in the app in the future?
Months later, we have had 2 highly experienced nannies who have never worked with a charge who sleeps like this and the health visitor couldn't believe it either. We tell everyone about Little Ones and how it really is possible to get a solid routine - you just have to commit and be consistent.
