Reached out about concerns about the chair and they told me basically I should buy the more expensive wood one.

Its very hard to get the baby out and in when you use the safety rail. A bit disappointed for the price you pay. Tried to got in contact with the company but it was not possible to submit the form the ask you to send on the webpage. I also miss that there is no tray for the chair yet.
