0 star - don’t buy from this company. Ordered product 10 days ago and despite money being taken from my account and received confirmation of my order, I’ve still not received it and had no response from company to my emails. Also company removed the 10% bundle savings they advertised on the website at checkout.

Terrible experience! 160€ for a bag that I haven’t received, my previous bag was 40€ And got it in 2 days with Amazon. Poor customer service to solve this.

Poor customer service. Shipping delays. Wrong information.

Poor customer service. My package has not arrived after weeks of interacting with customer service. Wrong shipping estimate given and then after my package was stuck with DHL, the email I received back was to go figure it out myself. I couldn’t even rate the high chairs as a product because after almost one month, they still have not arrived (despite being told 1-3 days multiple times)...I would avoid this place unless you can buy in a store directly.
