It took over a month

It took over a month for my items to ship from the warehouse sale. And weeks later, after I had to contact them, they finally refunded me for items that I never received. I'm still waiting for the rest of my refund because they only gave me back some of my money owed. Customer service is poor and not very responsive. They also charged me the full insurance fee even though a bunch of my items never shipped. I'm waiting to see if they will refund me back a portion of the insurance fee.

I was so excited about

I was so excited about this backpack. When I got it, I noticed the zipper was jammed. The zipper also split on the other side of the jam. I was so disappointed. I provided all the info to jujube customer service, but the issue has not been resolved yet.
