HORRIBLE customer service. I was sent the wrong order. I was told I could only have my new item sent once I shipped back the wrong order (that mind you they sent me, wasn’t my fault). I couldn’t go return it for several days due to Christmas and being busy. I returned it. Just got an email stating they couldn’t accept my return. So now I’m out the money and never received any items. I will be taking this up with my bank and making sure I I post reviews on social media as well. Being a jujube customer for over 12 years I’m extremely disappointed. I rarely deal with poor customer service and when the company messes up they usually fix it right away. Not with jujube. They don’t care about their customers. I’ll be reporting the charges as fraudulent now.
