Really don’t understand what happened here my strap arrived damaged and the customer service has done nothing for me

Horrible customer service, wrong items sent, bags breaking within a week of having them, customer service asking for the same things repetitively, promises to send a replacement bag but it never comes, and then I’m slapped with a store credit. Luxury bag company my butt!
