Love the products but shipping was Horrible ! I waited almost a month and a half for my items to arrive .

Love the bags but not the material count be more thicker

As mentioned in item specific review 1- quality of products received has been great 2- communication somewhat sporadic 3- received item I didn’t order, but not the one I actually orderedg. Didn’t report and kept what I was shipped 4- getting surveys for items that were canceled by seller

Very disappointing, the website and site seems like it is efficient but not getting a shipping confirmation email ruined my chances of actually receiving the item and now I am at a $60 loss because I trusted this retailer to be competent enough to help get the item to me

Warranty promises is what sold me on Jujube years ago. However, this company is flakey. They didn’t have the same bag I loved when the zipper broke. They refunded me and were having a warehouse sale, so I bought many items including a replacement diaper bag. Days after order had processed, no diaper bag came in. Other items did. I was willing to return all items to get my money back to buy a diaper bag, but it was “final sale” so they only refunded me what I had paid for the warehouse sale diaper bag which was less that half the Cost. I then only had a fraction of the cost to buy a full priced diaper bag. It was unfair being punished for jujubes error. I later used the extremely partial refund to purchase a new bag, and I’m very disappointed in the quality in what is available. It’s nothing like the one I had known and loved. It’s more like a pillow stuffed garbage bag.
