The packaging this time was way off. I have had simply bags come in boxes but a bag that needs to not be smashed so it doesn't get bent was put in a bag, and did come all bent. For a normally $90 bag I expect better shipping.

I ordered two bags to compare and the return process for the bag that I decided not to keep has not been easy. I had to contact customer service to request a return label because it was never sent to me after going through the returns portal process on the JJB website. And now that I've returned the item, according to the tracking, it was received 8 business days ago and I still haven't received confirmation of my refund. It's stated in the JJB return policy that I should receive a refund confirmation within 5-7 business days after the item is received by JJB. I will allow a few more days but am anticipating having to contact customer service again.

Take forever to respond

Recieved a message that there was another clearance sale. Got excited to see what was available. Nice to see things selling out quickly but it's unclear how many of anything is in stock. Items that were purchased during the prior quarter sale and never recieved were avaliable and listed for sale again. Definitely was frustrating, hope to see improvement in the business.
