You only have 3 days

You only have 3 days to exchange during the holidays. During holiday months (November and December) that should certainly be longer because who has time to do that in three days during the holiday hustle and bustle. I now have $300 crib skirt I’m stuck with because they won’t exchange it (didn’t even ask for a refund) just for them to swap the color. Not satisfied and will not purchase here again.

I have not heard back

I have not heard back from company in over 2 weeks. The item is poorly made and this is very upsetting.

I order the crib liners

I order the crib liners with the understanding that the liners were filled- like you see it is in the picture- however when I received the order I only received the liner, not filled or stuffed. No where on the website says that it needs to be purchased separately or that it doesn’t come filled. I reached out to customer support multiple times trying to get clarification around this with zero response to my emails. I am extremely disappointed that I had been deceived and purchased something that was clearly not what I thought I was ordering based on the website photos and then to no get any replies to my questions was even worse. Terrible company, stay away. I could have made these liners myself for much less expensive. $200 crib liners is outrageous and to get no customer support for that price is ridiculous. Will never order from this website again and be sure to spread the word as I would hate for anyone else to have such a poor experience like I did.

Major disappointment

I had very high expectations for this changing pad cover- especially considering the price point. However- the results are extremely disappointing. There are so many stitching flaws on the cover- seams that are already unraveling, loose threads, etc. There is no way this will survive multiple washings. It also arrived wadded up in a plastic bag so I can’t say much for the packaging either. This item took at least six weeks to arrive- with the manufacturing time, and the price, and the terrible quality, I would absolutely never purchase from this store again. I very much regret this purchase.

Unacceptable Customer Service

Accidentally hit the pay button when I had deleted an item and it did not delete. You took my money anyway. Just poor business. I would be a repeat customer but I am very disappointed at how I was treated in this matter when you could see the time ordered and the time I contacted you. No way you had began my order. I do understand why you have your policy but there needs to be exceptions.
