The owner is super responsive

The owner is super responsive and claims to care about her products and customers- everything is hand made / custom to order. However, I can’t get over the fact that the crib liners in all of the pictures are illegal! How can you care about your customers when you are advertising an attractive product that is unattainable unless you somehow find padding to fill the liners yourself and thus put your baby at risk of suffocation? There are zippers included on all of the liners as if a pad should go in them (they frankly don’t look good without padding), but you can’t even find someone that will sell padding on the internet because it’s illegal! I am just mind boggled that the design of these crib liners has not been updated (they’re really “bumpers”- I assume this language was done away with once bumpers were banned). This company has some serious false advertising issues and honestly should be reported to the BBB for selling crib “liners” with zippers for pads that encourage parents to put their children at risk.

Horrible

I wrote to ask a question and never heard back so on a lark I placed the order for bumpers. The fabric is like an oil cloth cotton, and SMELLS like the dankest patchouli and because of the oil like texture, it took me 6 wash cycles to even get most of the smell Out. This of course lead to the seems (already exposed) widening and threads coming out. For the PRICE this is a BuST!!!

Mislead Purchase

Sadly, I am dissatisfied to say I waited eight weeks for a product I was unhappy with. I was disappointed in the fabric weight used. It did not marry well to the printing method. The fabric looks too thick, making the print look digital or sublimated. It does not have an authentic heirloom or farmhouse look or feel.

A firm no.

Don’t expect customer service from this company. I tried to put a stop on an order within their required one hour timeframe because the link for the item showed that I ordered a different item. They leave no phone number or email contact information. I wrote and was told they didn’t receive any text. When I asked to at least hold the shipment so I could check with the new mom, they sent the item anyway and took the money. Check out the BabyList reviews on Trustpilot. com.

Horrible Craftsmanship

I am extremely disappointed with what I received. I have seen better at Walmart. I received ripped curtains that were stitched poorly. So now, I have to take brand new curtains to a local seamstress and have them fixed. Buy at your own risk! You may get curtains like I did. I ordered the silk velvet curtains. This was a splurge item as they are quite expensive, around $900, luckily there was a sale going at the time. However, when I received them, they looked to be completely unfinished. The hem was not stitched in places. In other places the lining was ripped from the curtain (please see photos). I was shocked and disappointed. Immediately I contacted them. I had to email them twice to get a response. Lauren did contact me back after about a week of waiting. She was very apologetic and assured me that they would correct the poor craftsmanship and remeasure to ensure they were the length and width I paid for, because they were 4inches shorter than what I requested. I returned them and waited a couple more weeks for them to be fixed. When I received them back one curtain looked to be improved but the other curtain was still ripped at the top and the hem was completely different. It was not stitched across like the other curtain; it was sewn loosely with a 2inch gap between the threading. I cannot imagine how one curtain was fixed and the other was not. I contacted them again with pictures and not surprised that ai have not heard back. BUYER BEWARE
