The natural crib liners I ordered for my baby’s crib are beautiful and well made. However, I haven’t been able to tie them to her crib yet because the smell they came with is so strong. It’s not a bad smell, just a high fragrance of perfume or some type of laundry detergent. I already washed them once and the smell did not come off. Now I have them tied outside, hoping the fresh air and wind will remove the scent. We are very sensitive to fragrances in our household so this is a bummer. I’m not sure where the scent comes from, but if it’s being purposefully applied, you should stop doing this. I don’t want my baby’s face to be pressed up against it at any time. The liners also made her nursery have this scent while they sat in there before I tossed them in the wash. I really hope the scent goes away because I chose this company for the 100% USA cotton material, and they were very expensive!

I would recommend placing your order early and getting a fabric sample first. It was 12 weeks from the time order was placed to delivered. The ivory is a yellow color not off white like in the pictures.

Shipping took much longer than expected for a regular piece of mail, but the swatches arrived as expected.
