too many review questions

We are loving the play couch so far for our one year old. She loves climbing on it and building forts. The only unfortunate part is the luxe velvet fabric that we upgraded to seems to have scratch marks all over it that we can’t seem to get rid of. Functionally it’s great, but something to keep in mind with this fabric.

The people at figgy are always nice. However, I don't love feeling pressured to pay extra for shipping protection when I'm already paying for shipping and I should just be able to trust that.

The Velcro situation is a little too difficult for my kids to do on their own. It is super strong, which makes sense to hold the pieces together, but not very kid friendly. I think your website should have a video of kids/parents using the Figgy (with the Velcro, of course) so that people can understand exactly what is entailed in their potential purchase.
