Good product, terrible customer service

I like the products (the reason of at least 2 *), but the delivery and customer support are terrible. Taking time to answer, product not delivered after 3 weeks, although the timing given was different. Actually considering to cancel the order.

Great products but insane shipping times

I have an Ergobaby sling and it’s great, but the shipping times for ordering anything direct are insane. I ordered a clip for my sling on 10th March with a despatch time of up to 10 days. After chasing up in early April, I was advised on 12th April that my order might take another 10 working days to be shipped! Very frustrating, especially as I can’t use my sling in the meantime!

Poor customer response time

Order delays and poor communication. Couldn't get my order on time and they refused to cancel my order when I was informed of severe delays.

Delivery terrible still no products almost a month later

We ordered on the 24th March two baby carriers which we were looking forward to using on our 2week holiday but they have still not turned up at all no update from customer service, and it is now 13th April. Shame
