Délai d'envoi non respecté à ce jour ma commande n'a pas été expédié. J'ai eu l'information d'un retard d'expedition suite à mon envoi de mail. Déçu car nous étions content de la rapidité d'expédition et de livraison indiqué lors de la commande... depuis nous attendons que celle ci soit envoyé

I still have not received my item which I ordered on the 19th of March. I emailed twice a week after ordering and did not get a response till a week after that to which I was told my order would come on the 2nd. It did not arrive, I emailed again and I was told my order would come on the 5th and was also told that my order was registered on the 28th March even though I ordered it on the 19th. My order still has not arrived. I have tried to ring multiple times but the phones have been off due to a public holiday. I have had no apology in the emails, I am very unhappy about this.

Me han comunicado que el tiempo de espera es superior… Ahora tengo que esperar y no se cuánto tiempo

Absolutely not satisfying!!! I placed an order a month (!!!) ago, but still didn't get it! I wrote an email to the shop and got an answer in one week!... But in one month I still don't have ordered goods. Completely unacceptable.
