Spent nearly £200 over 2 weeks ago, nothing has arrived yet. Hopefully it has not got lost…

Still have not received my order. The shipping information says it is on its way now, but has been delayed. According to tracking the order wasn’t even sent until two weeks after I placed it. Really poor service.

My order has still not arrived nearly 3 weeks after placing my order. Customer service and ups tracking have not been helpful. Don’t wait until your baby is born if you want to get use out of the newborn baby carrier

Still waiting for my order to arrive it stated 3-5 days and it’s been nearly 3 weeks and isn’t here. This has been really disappointing as it’s stopped us being able to take our newborn out with our toddler until now.

It's already been several weeks since I ordered my products. No clear updates or communications have been sent from ErgoBaby, despite me trying to contact them on several occasions. I am looking forward to the products, but the customer service has so far been terrible.
