Vor einem Monat habe ich fristgerecht eine Retour getätigt und bis heute keine Rückzahlung erhalten. Die Nachrichten an Kundenservice bleiben alle unbeantwortet. Sehr enttäuscht vom Service

My package took several weeks until it arrived. And then it got lost. They didn’t send me a tracking number nor emailed me to let me know it was shipped. And then the DHL delivery service didn’t leave a paper at my home letting me know where the parcel is to picked it up. The products I bought from you cost a lot of money to get lost. And I haven’t heard yet in which DHL office my package is to collect it.

It's been a month since I placed my order and I'm still waiting on it being dispatched. I have emailed on several occasions and are just told it's delayed and will be shipped this week, but that's twice that's been said and still not dispatched. It's an expensive item so I am out of pocket waiting on it being delivered. I should have went to a retailer instead.

I still haven’t received my order, it’s now 16th of April and I ordered it on 22nd of March.
