Support told that issue is solved, but it’s not.

I ordered 2x carriers, so excited. Th we still have arrived and it’s been 2 weeks. I thought this was a higher-end brand, considering I spent around £280 for a carrier and wrap, the decliners service is shocking compared to all othe companies. I emailed asking where my order was and received a generated response, no tracking information included. Really wanted to like this brand but has been left sour, :((((((

I sent an e-mail request after making a purchase to chase this and I have heard nothing back. I ordered a pram bar, I was not sent an e-mail confirmation and I have not received the item. I would like an update ASAP.

I ordered a baby carrier 3 weeks ago and still not recieved it or any update regarding it being delayed.

Lieferung kam erst nach drei Wochen. Kundenservice hat leider nicht auf Kontaktaufnahme reagiert
