I bought the product over 10 days ago and hasn't even been shipped yet!!!

The tittle summarises it perfectly. On order today 2-5 working days. Over 2 weeks no pram delivered. U.K. phone line is just shut down - 2 previous emails closed without response. 3rd generic - 4 th response which to me is unacceptable for what I paid and ordered. The pram is brilliant having already used one, but customer response, feedback - delivery time is absolutely shocking. I won’t order and would actively stop recommend it to other friends and family unless can be bought in store in persons

El cochecito está muy bien, pero lo que no veo normal que no se me informe que se ha enviado el cochecito y no darme el número de seguimiento, no me hayan informado que en vez de dejármelo en casa lo hayan dejado en un punto de recogida sin avisarme que lo habian hecho.
