Terrible operations

Took ages to come with gaps for tracking link and then eventually poor tracking Returned because I got something else in the meantime and I had to chase a refund after a month of waiting. Whomever is managing the warehouse change/logistics is probably not enjoying their job at the moment!

No response or update

I ordered a pram for our holiday coming up. I ordered it 2 weeks ago. I emailed to find out the progress of my order as it's been over 7 days plus 3 days ordering time that they said to allow. Didn't realise it would take this long! I'm still waiting to hear back.

Expected Better

I shared with your customer service team that we have been a customer of Ergobaby for a number of years and owned a number of their products. I requested that we could return an item slightly over the 30 day returns period (I had been in hospital) but this was refused. I would have expected more from a brand like Ergobaby especially for a genuine customer of the brand.
