I didn’t get the impression that someone cared about my issue. Yet I hope it will get someone’s attention to avoid accidents.

I am still waiting for the delivery of my item. I have not even had an email to say it has been dispatched. It has been 7 working days so far

I've asked for help with the original Ergobaby product that's got manufacturing malfunction and unsafe but was sent away with no help at all. I feel very disappointed and don't trust Ergobaby with their safety and product quality. I will definitely not choose your product in the future

I just received the stroller and it seems to be good so far, but the shipping experience was very poor. The shipment came from the EU to the UK and I never received a shipment or tracking information. The order came in 2 separate packages on the same day and 1 was delivered to my house and 1 delivered to the wrong address. It took days to figure out where the package had been delivered to and I ended up having to go collect it myself.
