Item out of stock and customer service not efficient
I placed my order and the estimated delivery was 7 days later.
I waited and no update.
When I sent an email to the customer service after this week, they just informed we they were out of stock.
I chose a different color but asked them to deliver it faster since I’ve waited already 8 days, but they said it was not possível and they’d do a refund.
Ten days of wait and no baby carrier.
