I ordered over two weeks ago and still haven’t received. There has been no communication of the delay or updates. The only reason I’m not giving one star is that when I emailed customer service they did reply promptly

It’s been nearly 2 weeks and my order still hasn’t arrived

Delivery information is rubbish. Purchased a carrier and have only had one email to confirm the order, no way to track or know what delivery service they are using. No email to say it’s even been dispatched just emails asking me to review it and telling me how to put it on. There was also an advertised promotion for a free cover when you spend £100. Although obviously in small print it doesn’t cover any purchases at all at the moment when the whole website is on sale. Despite big banners all over website saying with any purchase over £100. Website and emails are basic and wish I’d bought it through somewhere like John Lewis instead now.

Nog steeds geen antwoord op mijn vraag ontvangen

Sehr schlecht erreichbar, Auftragsbestätigungen bekommen wir nach wie vor nicht obwohl dies von uns bereits mehrmals ausdrücklich verlangt wurde!
