Massive shipment delay

There is a massive delay with the shipment. The agent said that it was shipped the next day after the purchase, however when I tracked the shipment the agent provided stated that "UPS doesn't have possession of the package yet. The estimated delivery date will be as soon as we get the package. " This was updated two days ago and says UPS has already the parcel and waiting to confirm the delivery date soon. I bought the high chair a month before my baby started solids thinking that it was time enough but so far the high chair is not arriving on time. I will probably have to buy another one from a shop to start solids on time. The agent offered me 20% off the price. I don't think this is enough compensation because of the extra money I will have to spend and the hassle of having to buy a new high chair that doesn’t meet all my requirements and expecting another one on the way it’s just very inconvenient. Could you please do something about this?

Don’t count on delivery times

My order was confirmed to arrive in 7 days, it’s been more than 14 now, I still haven’t received it or any indication of a delivery date. Customer Service took time to provide a general response just saying it’s on the way.

I haven't received the carrier

I haven't received the carrier yet so can't comment on that. But I found the fact that I couldn't cancel my order frustrating 666666
