Poor purchasing experience and slow correspondence
This is the first time I have purchased anything from Ergobaby.
Unfortunately, there have been issues with both receiving any initial order confirmation of my purchase and now after 3 weeks we are still not in receipt of the item.
Customer services took almost a week to reply to my query email - and although I noted the courtesy message to customers that replies may take up to 7 days, it’s disappointing that neither the delivery nor customer response processes have been timely.
I do like to give positive feedback when I can, but on this occasion I haven’t had the best consumer experience.
