Poor purchasing experience and slow correspondence

This is the first time I have purchased anything from Ergobaby. Unfortunately, there have been issues with both receiving any initial order confirmation of my purchase and now after 3 weeks we are still not in receipt of the item. Customer services took almost a week to reply to my query email - and although I noted the courtesy message to customers that replies may take up to 7 days, it’s disappointing that neither the delivery nor customer response processes have been timely. I do like to give positive feedback when I can, but on this occasion I haven’t had the best consumer experience.

Baby Carrier

I feel really let down, was told it was scheduled for delivery I am still waiting now and have not received it. This was to be a Christmas present and I am so disappointed.

I still haven't received my order. . .

I still haven't received my order so I can't say I'm overly impressed! Customer services responded within a few days with tracking information which I didn't receive but still in nearly 3 weeks so it won't be here on time fir christmas!

Poor service and no item as yet

A very disappointing purchase experience. Ordered mesh carrier on 9. 12 to be able to take to Mallorca for my new grandson and still no delivery so now too late to take. The 7 day delivery timeline was a completely misleading. I am furious. No real explanation apart from busy with Black Friday…. .
