Order Notification #8000019323

It is unfortunate that due to a UPS glitch there was no tracking number and I didn’t receive the package that was ordered on 2 December and expected as a Christmas gift. When Christmas was approaching, I tried contacting you but there was no phone number and could only use email with a notice that you were already closed for the holidays. I was contacted on 8 January and requested my order to be re-sent. I am still waiting for the arrival of the package. Sorry but I am very hesitant to order another product with you.

Delivery took forever

The carrier is super - here i have no complaints. Here’s an improved version of your rating: The delivery, however, unexpectedly took 7. 5 weeks instead of the 10 days stated online. Ergobaby did not proactively communicate with us about the delay; I had to send two emails to inquire about the order status. A gesture of compensation or goodwill for this inconvenience would have been appreciated.

I bought an all weather

I bought an all weather cover for the baby carrier and lost the hood. My baby loves the hood to fall asleep and without it she doesn't like the cover. They told me that they can't sell me the hood only. I was thinking of purchasing the stroller but now I'm reconsidering it.

Ergo metro trolley unreliable

Not having parts in stock for a trolley shows you don't understand that families need reliable companies because they can't afford to not have a trolley when they need it. Better would be if the wheels would be resilient in the first place to not get damaged.

Awful customer service and still no product received

We have yet to receive our product that we have tried to purchase both directly from you and through a third party. We have written to your customer support team five teams with no reply. Your phone line has an automated German message and hangs up on your customer so there is no way of reaching anyone. We are so disappointed and furious that we still don’t even have our baby carrier, whilst you hold our payment.
