Delivery took forever

The delivery, however, unexpectedly took 7. 5 weeks instead of the 10 days stated online. Ergobaby did not proactively communicate with us about the delay; I had to send two emails to inquire about the order status. A gesture of compensation or goodwill for this inconvenience would have been appreciated.
