Extremely bad shopping experience but good customer support

The shopping experience is very bad. First of all, when selecting products, if Mesh is selected, then soft olive color disappears from the color options. But if Olive color selected Mesh is an option. Secondly, the welcome 10% discount is a scam the 10% first order discount code came in the order confirmation of my first order. Which logically cannot be used for first order. And the discount code is invalid for additional purchase. In addition, when I proceed the return, the system doesn't recognized the price of the baby carrier and suggest me to confirm a return with 0 refund. (This is a bit crazy as an system error) The product: I purchased omni delux mesh grey after waiting it to be restocked for a while. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit me or my husband. The general issue is the shoulder belts are too bulky to be sitting tight. The belts holds its own shape rather than resting on our shoulders. Although, the cuatomer support "Lola" was nice to provide help for the discount code issue. Hence, I would not only leave the experience as terrible.

Ergo baby chair

Pro:very sturdy, folds and is easy to clean. Comes with a "kitchen helper" feature for later use if you buy the kit. Cons: tablet cover is not magnetic so it doesn't hold on the table and can be removed by the baby, easily fall or thrown. The white table (tablet) attached is not easily removable, as you need two hands in an awkward position. Makes it more save to use, i guess?! The seat is too big even for my 9 month old and the seat covers available do NOT fit the seat. A NO go in my mind. The seat is also slippery so that he always slouches or leans back when strapped in tight. Not a good position to eat. Seriously thought about buying a new chair. But it was expensive.

Unfair

I originally was trying to buy in. EU site, but it didn't so too switzerland, so I had to sign up again in the. De website. Had issues with the first time code, which got fixed, but just one day later I get another discount if 15 percent to finish the purchase in. EU. Not fair.
