Order was hugely delayed without notice. In the order confirmation they said 1-3 business days and after I didn’t get any feedback/shipping confirmation I texted support (they say they reply in 24 hours but wrote back in almost 48 hours) that it will take another 5 business days before it gets send. Not sure why shipping would take that long 🫣 would recommend the support at all.

Hard to say because I haven’t purchased anything yet. Was interested in Evolve 3:1 bouncer but cannot justify the price. Had heard that you offer discount for NHS professionals but apparently not anymore.

On the website I wanted to order something, and a pop-up with a free offer came up.... since it would be great for my buggy I wanted to use it... but it let me not order it. (I can put it in the basket, -just no way of going forward from the adress pageto the final order page... no info why). So thanks for the offer...? Custumer service was nice and fast in replying, but could not help.
