So richtig wurde auf mein Anliegen nicht eingegangen. Hatte Gefühl eine Standardnachricht bekommen zu haben.

I have been having issues getting the Ergo Embrace to fit me and my baby properly and haven't heard back from Customer Support about it from a week ago.

Unfortunately it's been almost t a week from the day that i ordered and i still wait for it to ship.

VERY long waiting time. Considering these products are for babies, 2 week wait for a product that I could have easily gotten elsewhere within one day is pretty long... As the shipment is from Germany, not UK (not sure why the UK business exists to be honest - looks like a trap) return/refund process would be even more painful, so stuck waiting, still. Such a shame that the products are pretty decent... Never again from me, sorry :(

It was quite slow order to delivery process.
