Customer service to be improved

Delivery should be between 1-3 business days. My order I have received after 2 weeks. No communication from the company about the delay. I called to customer service at 3pm and I got the message that I am calling outside working hours (hot line is opened from 10am till 5pm)... the only contact was via email and also the response I have received after couple of days... please improve your customer service. Beside that the product is ok and I believe I will be very satisfied with the quality

Returns handling catastrophe

The stretchers are really great of you. But the customer service and processing of returned products is a disaster. I have been returning products since mid-March and you simply don't post them back. Although I have already contacted the customer service, where I only received an answer after days that they are now booking it. But still nothing has happened and another week has passed. And the parcel has arrived safely and on time.

Spent a lot of money

Spent a lot of money on the baby rocker seat and delivery has been delayed for 10 days & still waiting for it to be dispatched. Disappointed

Still not received

I have nothing to review! Ordered on 10/03 and knew there was a 10 day delay. Then was told would be dispatched within 5 days but still not had an email even saying dispatched!

Slow processing of orders

Ergo baby products are excellent but the processing of orders at the moment is very slow leading to a delay in delivery.
